Our Patient Membership Plan is NOT INSURANCE, but rather a membership-based dental savings plan provided by John G. Fletcher, DMD. Members pay an annual subscription fee to receive regular exams, cleanings and x-rays, along with access to significantly reduced rates on all other dental treatment. Memberships are provided to self-pay patients of our practice and cannot be combined with dental insurance. Membership fees are paid in full at the time of enrollment and plans must be current in order to receive the member savings. Members are in an annual agreement with the legal entity of John G. Fletcher, DMD, PLLC.
